AntSafety.Net is totally flexible so you can mould it to exactly how you want it.

YOUR COMPANY STRUCTURE

Firstly there is your Company Structure for data input, reporting and analysis. Within the AntSafety.net system you have a choice of 1, 2 or three levels of locations to match your requirements. E.g. Management structure or Physical Locations.

Simple three step choice and setup.

1. Choose how many levels you want.
2. Choose what you want to name them (e.g. Region, Site, Department)
3. Choose what information you require at all levels . (e.g. Site Name, Site address, Manager etc)

If you have the information electronically then pass it to us and we will create your system structure for you. (Note. Data must be compatible)

WHICH APPLICATIONS DO YOU REQUIRE?

There is a host of different applications which you can choose from, or simply have them ALL, it is your choice. All applications are under your control where you can hide them or turn them OFF using the passwords.

Each application can be set up to match your requirements.

Within the Audit application there are standard pre set audits which you can use straight away. If you have your own custom audit then either we can provide you the facility to create it on your PC and then upload it to the web OR we can type it in for you.

For Accidents, Incidents and Aggressive Behaviour the system is supplied with pre set fields. During setup of the system we provide you a list of the fields which you can change to suit you.

On the Inspections application you can set them up to match what you require your different sites etc to manage themselves, together with the frequency and PDF results.
